International Cell

Since its inception in 1971 Symbiosis has been strongly committed to the internationalization of higher education. The University’s gesnesis was rooted in compassion towards international students studying in Pune, Maharashtra. Symbiosis believes that its students should receive international exposure and therefore, carries an almost half-century-long tradition of Internationalization. To take forward this tradition of Internationalization, Symbiosis Law School Nagpur has its very own International Cell.

The objectives of the International Cell are as follows:

  1. Providing international exposure through different initiatives and targeted scholarships; new links with international partners; student and faculty exchange programs; internships, etc.
  2. Develop and strengthen links with key institutions and agencies that promote knowledge transfer.
  3. Organize international conferences, leadership series, events, and forums for sparking dialogue on contemporary issues of international prominence.
  4. Strengthen the interactions amongst local and international students.

We at SLS-Nagpur, look at Guest Lectures, Seminars, Webinars, etc., as a platform where we partner with eminent personalities and use this platform to disseminate knowledge to facilitate “learning beyond the classroom” kind of an avenue. We hold regular guest lecturers as a part of our curriculum so that students get practical and comparative insights into the diverse fields of law from renowned experts around the world in their respective fields. The rationale behind it being quite clear to prepare our students for the global professional world with the best of faculties within and outside the country.
